Striving to provide them with the maximum of comfort, we have introduced a position of a Patient Account Manager, who takes care of our Patients from their first visit to the last appointment in Dental Fraternity.
It is a person who works closely with an attending physician and prepares a treatment plan. They provide the Patient with detailed information on individual stages of treatment, their order and cost. Patient Account Manager also answers all Patient’s questions in detail and stays in direct contact, supporting the Patient with any possible help.
